This Privacy Policy explains how SQNTL Pvt. Ltd. ("Fluo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Fluo websites, products, APIs, hosted agents, knowledge-base features, integrations, and related services.

If you use Fluo through an organization, your organization may control the workspace and the content submitted to it. In that case, we process workspace content to provide the service to that organization.

We collect account information such as name, email address, workspace details, authentication identifiers, billing details, and support communications.

We also collect service content you provide or generate, including prompts, messages, agent instructions, workflow configuration, files, knowledge-base documents, embeddings or indexes derived from those documents, outputs, and integration metadata.

We collect usage and device information such as pages viewed, product events, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device details, referrers, timestamps, logs, and error diagnostics.

We use information to provide and operate Fluo, authenticate users, process requests, run assistants and workflows, retrieve knowledge-base context, process payments, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, provide support, and improve the product.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product planning, security, and performance measurement.

Fluo sends relevant prompts, context, files, retrieved knowledge-base snippets, instructions, and outputs to AI model providers when needed to deliver features you use. This can include OpenAI models for chat, agent reasoning, knowledge-base tracking, evaluation, and related AI-powered functionality.

OpenAI states that, by default, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI may retain API abuse monitoring logs for a limited period unless different retention controls apply.

We may add, remove, or change model providers over time as Fluo evolves. We use them to provide the service, not to sell your content.

We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, to understand site traffic, product usage, performance, and conversion patterns. These tools may collect identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited, referrers, events, and approximate location information.

You can limit analytics collection through browser controls, cookie settings, tracker-blocking tools, and platform-level privacy settings.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Fluo, including hosting, databases, storage, AI model providers, analytics, payments, support, security, and communications vendors.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

If you connect third-party tools to Fluo, we process the information needed to make those integrations work. The third-party service may also process information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong credentials and configure integrations carefully.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Fluo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups and business records.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, contact us at legal@fluo.one. We may need to verify your identity and, for workspace data, may direct requests to the organization that controls the workspace.

Fluo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fluo changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
