Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and billing disputes work for Fluo subscriptions, prepaid credits, usage-based charges, AI processing, knowledge-base indexing, evaluations, and agent runs.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, payments to Fluo are non-refundable.
AI Usage
We cannot refund AI usage after it has been processed. AI requests create immediate compute, model, retrieval, indexing, and infrastructure costs, even if an output is incomplete, unexpected, or not useful for your specific workflow.
Non-refundable AI usage includes completed prompts, generated outputs, agent runs, evaluations, knowledge-base tracking, knowledge-base indexing, embedding creation, retrieval, and other processed AI-powered actions.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription to prevent future renewal charges, but cancellation does not automatically refund charges already incurred.
If a plan includes usage limits, credits, or included AI capacity, any consumed usage is non-refundable.
Credits And Usage Charges
Prepaid credits, account balances, usage-based charges, and add-on usage are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Promotional credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable.
Billing Errors
If you believe there was a billing error, contact us as soon as possible at billing@fluo.one with your account email, workspace, invoice or charge details, and a short explanation of the issue.
If we confirm that a billing error was caused by Fluo, we may issue a correction, account credit, or other remedy at our discretion.
Abuse And Chargebacks
We may deny refund requests, suspend accounts, revoke credits, or limit access where we detect fraud, abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
